I’m Not a Beauty Addict

I won’t walk out my door without smudging on five pounds of black eyeshadow, two coats of blackest mascara, and mauve lipgloss.
But beauty addict, I am not.
CUE CHEESY MUSIC When I look my absolute best – though I suppose drag queen amounts of black eyeshadow being flattering is debatable – I absolutely feel my best.
I swear to the god (and plastic surgeon) above that created Stephanie Seymour’s body, if it weren’t for my eyelash curler, I don’t know if I’d have the strength to build my empire, fashion article by fashion article.
That said, let’s get pretty. Instead of wasting 15 minutes a day watching the tube, invest it in your image.
Ditch the Chapstick in favor of this therapeutic lip creme. It’ll give you gloss and grace, plush-lush lips, sans stickiness and plus some color.
Dust on a little blusher on the apples of your cheeks for a rosy, happy face.
I’ve a firm belief health and vanity go hand in hand, like in this SPF 15 anti-aging foundation. Smooth over your flaws today, and set a smooth future for your skin with one sweep of a sponge.
And my last beauty must-have? Black mascara. Even if you’re going to do the natural thing, it’d be unnatural not to make your eyes pop with a coat of mascara.
