All this praise for the return of the one-piece, all this love for the neo 1950’s swimwear cut to cover everything.
I’m declaring war on fashion’s continuing infatuation with a new New Look: “It’s about looking like a lady!” the WASP-y waisted protest.
More like looking ultra conservative and constricted and like you’ve a husband who’ll pinch your cheeks and tell you to get back into the kitchen.
Here’s how I do one-pieces: a la Eva Herzigova swim wear, sexy-fresh with cut-outs that make the wearer look like a confident, independent woman who makes money dancing on poles.

I never understood this American prudery about matters like that. Soooo hypocritical. Me, I wish I could be on the beaches of Europe again, where I can go topless if want to, without being considered a whore, and men aren’t afraid of Speedos.

I’ve noticed a lot of swim suits these days look like they were made for women my age, which is great for women my age, but it just looks plain weird on young girls with great bodies. Hey, while you go it - flaunt it honey!

The cut-out one-piece has been a big hit over the last couple of years. It’s great because it hides the tummy’s imperfections, (like C-section scars,) but still looks sexy and fashion fresh. It’s been a popular style in our store.
This suit is nice, but I question how it drapes. I assume that was intentional to have the puckers and folds…very seductive. Yellow is a hard color to wear, though…it makes the skin look sallow. Personally, I think this swimsuit would look better in black, or chocolate brown…but that’s my humble opinion…

Cindy, the swimsuit is too short for her body length which is what’s causing the vertical ripples and ‘camel toe’ … most models have a longer than average body so it’s quite common to see one piece garments not fitting the correctly. Of course it doesnt help that she has the bikini section on wrong as well … if you look carefully the gather cord goes around the neck rather than under the bust creating a flattening effect rather than lift .. that’s a wardrobe mistake, it’s not intentional. That said, the suit would look great if it was fitted correctly! I love one-pieces.
