I love wearing high-waisted skirts at the moment – but how would I wear a jacket/sweater with one in winter? can you wear a high waisted skirt with a skirt that isn't pencil thin. pouvez-vous porter une grande jupe cintrée avec une jupe crayon qui n'est pas mince. i have a skirt that has one of those tighter waist bands that is kinda thick, but the rest of the skirt is a bit flow-y, can i still pull the look off? j'ai une jupe qui a une taille plus serré de ces bandes qui est un peu épaisse, mais le reste de la jupe est un peu flow-y, i peut encore tirer le regard éteint?
