As mentioned above, I use only the highest quality materials. However, the headbands are made of feathers, which are not indestructible. With each order I ship, I include a note to the customer indicating that customer satisfaction is the most important thing to me, and if any customer is unhappy with a product to contact me immediately, so that I can try to resolve the situation to their liking. You'd be better off getting one from Urban or Charm School Design. CSD's headbands are indestructable.
