Dagney Taggart. I swear to God I think it more often than not when checking in on Kristopher.

Oh, how you flatter me.
Excited about the movie that’s coming out?

I am excited for the movie but only if they do it well. To be honest, I kind like that Pitt is the one doing it. maybe that’s sell-out, I don’t really care. Angie is a badass and might actually be able to carry it off if she puts the kidlets down for a minute.
Also- I know you’re working on something big-ish so I will simply say that I am just dying to know what it is so we can get some full time Kristopher around again!

Re: Atlas Shrugged. It seems like a difficult book to do full justice to. Almost any really good novel is, but I can’t imagine translating it without it becoming flatly political. Did you ever see the movie version of Fountainhead? Supposed to be terrible, though I think it was made during Ayn Rand’s time and had her okay.
Re: writing. Thanks so much for the support. That really keeps me chugging. I’ve been feeling like a bit of an artiste over here, pinky in the air with my soy latte, doing so much planning. But stories are pure architecture, and they need a blueprint.
And breaks for YouPorn.com.

It is environmental illiteracy and a complete lack of forward thinking to ignore the need to halt and then reverse population growth in the context of climate change, congestion, unaffordable housing, and resource depletion
