Excepting those ridick DDD’s, Heidi looks better.

Is it crueler to let people who can’t cultivate self-esteem writhe in discomfort as they stare at planned perfection, or to force confident people to give up Romanticized relief from day-to-day dullness?
Natural life is best refined into a flawless fiction that tells the truth far better than facts.

I can’t believe how she “credible” she looks…prior to this round of surgeries, I always thought that she looked a bit goofy.

Her miracle worker is in People, I believe. But check Dr. Raj Kanodia — he only does “closed” rhinoplasty, so there’s no chance of external scars.
