This Robert Rodriguez cashmere jumpsuit is a charcoal twin to the vintage Halston cashmere jumpsuit I’m jonsing for. So why the hate? This Robert Rodriguez cashmere jumpsuit went on sale and sold out in every size but large and extra small. Anyone know where to snag one?

Wearing

So I’ve realized a $2,000 vintage Halston cashmere jumpsuit is ridiculous as loungewear for a plane.

But a neon pink Stella McCartney cashmere jumpsuit? So practical, so choice…

Wanting

I tried convincing myself this’d be perfect for planes, but somehow stripping down to a vintage Halston cashmere jumpsuit to walk through security doesn’t seem more appropriate than a slip of a silk jersey tank dress.

And then I’d have to peel this off in a flying bus bathroom.

Give me a couple of days and I’ll manage to rationalize why I need a museum-quality, Halston cashmere catsuit. Maybe Sundance…

I bought my first Hermes Herbag assuming it’d be my private pleasure. The subtler sister of a conspicuous Kelly with high-karat hardware and hand-stitching, the discontinued Hermes Herbag is pieced together with raw-edged leather, stainless steel hardware, and a rubberized canvas body. Hating

I’m so bummed this Halston ultrasuede shirt dress and its matching hat and bag are sold, though the likelihood of me covering my bobbed hair or trading my Kelly bag to wear either is low. Sometimes I want to buy beautiful things just so other people who appreciate them less can’t have them; instead of giving away or selling old clothes sometimes I just shred them to pieces.

It’s a good thing I generally don’t like pets…
