When I went to check LuxLash’s Beverly Hills lash salon, I discovered I was booked for complementary eyelash extensions. A simultaneous pedicure — just buff, no polish, thank you — and two hours later, I blinked my eyes wide open to the subtlest set of lush lashes. I hate to hate anything by LuxLash, whose passion is only equaled by their expertise, but if I’m wary of any of LuxLash’s services, it’s their arching brows and widening eyes with Botox. I confess: in high school I had hyper-arched, chola brows, shorty. Now I’m lusting for super full, Korean soap opera star brows. So how do you get full brows, permanently? You could try a Q-tip of Rogaine, or visit Cees Penning, who began a career as a pre-digital air brusher for glossies, and now works as a permanent make-up artist. He did Bag Snob’s Tina’s brows, and I’m constantly considering tossing away all my brow fillers and giving into Cees…
